Great app BEFORE STUPID CRASH!!!!!

Hello guys! Great awesome amazing app, but the only stupid problem is that it CRASHES!!!!!!! As soon as I open it up and get a song ready! PLEASE FIX THIS APP BECAUSE ITS ANNOYING AND I CANT MAKE ANY RINGTONES!!!!!!!!!!! Please fix it and make it work because I really love this app
