Doesnt work correctly

After you create the ringtone using your saved/purchased song (not all the songs are compatible). It says that the ringtone is available via iTunes and to use the Help icon to get info on how to use it. When u click on it... it opens a screen with FORBIDDEN TEXT ON IT....
Its not working for me yet!
